Heat Water Flange Immersion Heater Element are designed for heating or temperature maintening of liquids, Gas oder Mischung in statischen oder zirkulierenden Bedingungen. Das Design basiert auf Kundenprozessbedingungen: Flüssigkeit zu Wärme (Typ und Eigenschaften), Ein/Aus -Temperatur, Druck, Wärmeaustauschbedingungen (stagnierend oder fließend), and environment conditions (ATEX or not, onshore or offshore, usw.). Flange immersion heaters can be straight or L-shaped.
There are two connections, one thread connection, commonly used specifications size G1 / 2–2 inch, the second is the flange connection. Also known as the flat flange connection . Common specifications size DN50mm – DN300mm, flange electric tube flange commonly used materials are brass, Edelstahl, 10 steel, pipe material commonly used 10 steel, Edelstahl, copper.
