产品描述
自调节电缆具有适应性强的热量输出，由嵌入网络塑料加热元件中的两条平行总线组成，周围有碳颗粒. 如果运行过程中温度升高, 塑料会膨胀，碳颗粒之间的距离增加, 电阻增加，输出下降. 当环境温度下降时, this process is reversed and heat output increases – this is the principle of self regulation.
Self regulating cables intelligently adjust heat output according to ambient or air temperature – whenever the heat loss of the insulated pipe, tank or heated process increases (as ambient temperature drops), the heat output of the cable increases. Conversely, when the heat loss decreases (as the ambient temperature rises or product flows), the heating cable reacts by reducingits heat output.
