1. The ceramic heater, also known as the flexible heater (track-type heater), is made by enclosing a nickel-chromium alloy wire cable with an alumina ceramic insulation layer in a track-like form, reaching a temperature of 1050℃.
2. It can be customized according to the shape and size of the workpiece, and can be spliced, bent, wound to closely adhere to the workpiece for heating.
