11407 cylinder heater with 1 “NPT标准接口设计, suitable for North American and international mainstream engine cooling systems, can achieve rapid heat transfer in the extreme cold environment of -40 ℃. Built-in high-density nickel-chromium alloy electric heating element and double layer of magnesium oxide insulation, with precision welding process, to ensure that the power output is stable at 400W (120V voltage condition), within 5-20 minutes can raise the engine block temperature to 20-30℃, significantly improve the low temperature cold start performance.
Pressure and corrosion resistant structure
Using 316L stainless steel pipe body and green passivation treatment process, through 0.25MPa pressure test, effectively resist coolant corrosion and engine room vibration impact, service life of more than 5000 start-stop cycles.
