The ceramic heater, also known as the flexible heater, is made by enclosing a nickel-chromium alloy wire cable with an alumina ceramic insulating sleeve in a track-like configuration. Its temperature can reach 1050℃.
Mainly used for preheating before heat treatment, post-weld heat treatment and annealing operations; Preheating and heat treatment for pipes, pressure vessels, steel structures, ฯลฯ.
