The WZP-240 integrated explosion-proof thermal resistance adopts the PT100 platinum resistance temperature measurement technology.Based on the linear characteristics of platinum metal resistance and temperature, it achieves precise temperature detection within the range of -200 ℃ to +500℃ (accuracy grade A, error ±0.15%). Its flameproof structure complies with the GB3836 standard, with anexplosion-proof grade of dⅡBT4. It is suitable for explosive gas environments of Class ⅡB (ignition temperature ≥T4) and can operate safely in high-risk scenarios such as chemical engineering, petroleum, and metallurgy.

6. There is an isolation diaphragm inside the pressure inlet of the transmitter. Do not touch it with foreign objects by humans.
7. The external thread of the transmitter must be sealed properly; otherwise, it will cause inaccurate and unstable pressure.
8. Safety barriers must obtain explosion-proof qualification certificates, and their installation should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of their instructions.
