Produktbeskrivning
The structure of a rapid thermocouple mainly consists of a temperature-measuring thermocouple head and a large paper tube. The thermocouple head mainly consists of positive and negative thermocouple wires welded on the compensating wire. The compensating wire is embedded in the bracket, and the bracket is covered with a small paper tube. The thermocouple wires are supported and protected by quartz. The outermost part is equipped with a slag cap. All components are centrally installed in the mud head and bonded into a whole with fire-resistant fillers, and cannot be disassembled, so it is for single use.

Application scope and working principle
Application scope: The rapid temperature measurement thermocouple is used to measure the temperature of molten steel and high-temperature molten metals. It is a disposable consumable thermocouple.
Working principle: Based on the thermoelectric effect of metals, the temperature of molten steel and highly molten metals is measured by the heat generated from the temperature difference between the two ends of the thermocouple. That is, when two conductors of different compositions are welded at both ends to form a circuit, the end directly measured is called the working end (hot end), and the end connected to the terminal is called the cold end. When there is a temperature difference between the hot end and the cold end, a thermal current will be generated in the circuit.
