The structure of a rapid thermocouple mainly consists of a temperature-measuring thermocouple head and a large paper tube. The thermocouple head mainly consists of positive and negative thermocouple wires welded on the compensating wire. The compensating wire is embedded in the bracket, and the bracket is covered with a small paper tube. The thermocouple wires are supported and protected by quartz. The outermost part is equipped with a slag cap. All components are centrally installed in the mud head and bonded into a whole with fire-resistant fillers, and cannot be disassembled, so it is for single use.

【 Instructions for use】 1.Insert the sampler into the dedicated measuring gun; 2.During the measurement,the molten steel sampler is tilted at 60-65 ° and inserted into the molten steel at a depth of over350MM, with a sampling time of 4-6 seconds;3.After taking out the sampler from the metal furnace or ladle, gently tap it on the ground, and the steel sample will fall to theground.【Matters needing attention】1. Samplers must be protected from dampness during storage. 2. Molten steel must be sampled at temperatures above 1400 C. 3. Avoid strong vibration to prevent quartz tube from breaking. 4. Aluminum sampler is used as deoxidizer for steel sample with high oxygen content. Aluminum-free sampler is used asdeoxidizer-free sampler for steel sample with low oxygen content.
