А:our factory is located in Qingtong Industrial Area,Цзянъяньский район,Тайчжоу город,Провинция Цзянсу,Китай,about 3 hours bus ride from Shanghai.All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
3.вопрос:How can I get some samples?
А: 1 pcs sample for free. If you need more samples please pay the cost, but we will return the samples cost to you when you formal order.
4.What is the delivery date of the samples?
А:О 5 ~ 10 days. Because some kind of the heating elements need to prepare the material.

А:The frist, our factory has ISO9001:2008 quality control certificate and we has been implemented, so it is slim chance. But, if you find any elements has quality problems please tell me, then we will 100% compensation the rejects with next order!
