3.Q:Where is your factory located? How can I visit there?
A:our factory is located in Qingtong Industrial Area,Districtul Jiangyan,Orașul Taizhou,provincia Jiangsu,China,about 3 hours bus ride from Shanghai.All our clients,from home or abroad, are warmly welcome to visit us!
4.Q:How can I get some samples? A: 1 pcs sample for free. If you need more samples please pay the cost, but we will return the samples cost to you when you formal order.
5.What is the delivery date of the samples?
A:Despre 5 ~ 10 days. Because some kind of the heating elements need to prepare the material.
6.Q:Are your products customized?
A:Yes,the products in the website are only the common type or the previous types from other customers,we can supply the new products according to your requirements or drawings.
7.Which items you are inspection?1, External dimension. 2, Insulation Puncture Test (2000V 1amp). 3, Insulation resistance test (1000V).
8.Q:If we find the elements has quality problems I mean If, how will you dispose?
