The spiral heating tape adopts advanced electric heating technology. The heating element inside it rapidly converts electrical energy into thermal energy after being connected to a 220V power supply. Through the elaborately designed spiral structure, the heating tape is tightly wound around the outer wall of the pipeline and can evenly release heat along the length of the pipeline. During this process, heat is transferred to the pipeline in a direct contact manner, effectively replenishing the heat lost by the pipeline in a low-temperature environment, thereby precisely maintaining the temperature of the medium inside the pipeline, ensuring the normal flow of the liquid in the pipeline, and preventing freezing caused by excessively low temperatures. This heating method has a small temperature gradient and a long thermal stability time. It can continuously and stably provide heat to the pipeline and is very suitable for long-term use.

Product structure and material:

—- Heating core: High-quality nickel-chromium alloy wire is selected as the heating source. Nickel-chromium alloy features rapid heating, high thermal efficiency and excellent oxidation resistance.

—-Insulation layer: The outside is wrapped with multiple layers of alkali-free glass fiber insulation material. Alkali-free glass fiber has excellent temperature resistance and can withstand high temperatures without melting or deforming. ​

—- Outer protective layer: Some models are equipped with a protective outer protective layer, such as made of high-quality PVC or fluoroplastic materials. These materials have the characteristics of being waterproof, moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant.
