PT100 Type 191 Armored RTD Sensor
It refers to a type of armored resistance temperature detector (RTD) designed in compliance with the Type 191 configuration, featuring a PT100 platinum resistance sensing element as its core temperature – sensing component. The armored structure consists of a platinum resistance wire, high – purity magnesium oxide insulation, and a metal sheath that are tightly compressed together. This design endows the sensor with properties such as high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, vibration resistance, and the ability to be bent into various shapes. It is widely applied in industrial temperature measurement scenarios with harsh working conditions, such as petrochemical, metallurgical, and power industries.
