Product Description
Cartridge heater is a piece of equipment, made of MgO powder or MgO tube, ceramic cap, resistance wire(NiCr2080), high temperatureleads and seamless stainless steel sheath(SS304,321,316, Incoloy800,840).Usually in tube form, it is widely used in heating applications by way of insertion into metal blocks via a series of drilledholes.This heater is also multi usage for air heating or immersion liquid heating with screws.

Function:
1. Operating conditions: ambient temperature-20℃ ~ + 60℃, relative temperature <80%;2. Electrical strength: cold withstand voltage AC work 1500V 50Hz lasts for 1 min without breakdown phenomenon;3. Thermal insulation performance: AC 1000V 50Hz lasts for 1 min without breakdown phenomenon;4. Leakage current <0.5MA; Insulation resistance> 30MΩ;

Before installation, use a multimeter to measure whether the heating element is powered on. If the multimeter measures OK, then proceed with the installation. If not, please contact customer service.

The heating tube must be connected in the correct way. Wrong wiring will cause slow heating and burn out of the heating tube. The two common wiring methods are shown in the figure (please refer to the picture)
