220V Silicone Rubber 40W/M parallel constant power heater wire cable 2*0.75mm2Silicone rubber constant power heating cable is mainly used for antifreeze and heat preservation of pipelines and meters in various places. The maximum temperature is maintained at 150°C. It can be used in explosive gas applications in the first and second zones of the factory.Consisting of alloy electric wire and silicon rubber high-temperature insulation material, it has the characteristics of rapidheat generation, uniform temperature, high thermal efficiency and good toughness.
■Structure1.Heating wires are two tinned copper wires with section of 0.75m2.2.Isolated layer is made of silicon rubber by extrusion.3.High strength alloy wire spiral and silicon rubber surface are the heating center.4.Airtight cladding made by extrusion method.
■Product SpecificationThe voltage 36V-240V is determined by the user.(1)25W/m,withstand voltage AC3500V,use longest limit 65m.(2) 40W/m,withstand voltage AC3500V,use longest limit 50m.(3) 50W/m,withstand voltage AC3500V,use longest limit 44m.■Product Features1.
