【 Instructions for use】
1.Insert the sampler into the dedicated measuring gun;
2.During the measurement,the molten steel sampler is tilted at 60-65 ° and inserted into the molten steel at a depth of over 350MM, with a sampling time of 4-6 seconds; 3.After taking out the sampler from the metal furnace or ladle, gently tap it on the ground, and the steel sample will fall to the ground.【Matters needing attention】1. Samplers must be protected from dampness during storage. 2. Molten steel must be sampled at temperatures above 1400 씨. 3. Avoid strong vibration to prevent quartz tube from breaking. 4. Aluminum sampler is used as deoxidizer for steel sample with high oxygen content. Aluminum-free sampler is used asdeoxidizer-free sampler for steel sample with low oxygen content.
