The thickened PVC aluminum foil composite pipe is made by winding double-sided aluminum tubes (composed of two layers of aluminum foil with PET in between) around a high-elastic spiral thickened steel wire. The outer layer is then covered with high-quality dark gray PVC film. The product surface appears dark gray. The thickened composite pipe is more sturdy and durable than ordinary composite pipes. Due to the use of double-sided aluminum foil and the corresponding thickening of the steel wire by 2 strands at the same specification, the improvement in hardening indicators gives it a significant advantage in quality. It has better flexibility, higher flame retardancy, better noise reduction effect, no oil adhesion, better tensile and bending resistance, and a longer service life.
