High quality thermocouple
A thermocouple is a temperature sensor made of two different metals connected at both ends.
The junction produces a temperature-dependent voltage when heated (Seebeck effect).
Thermocouples are valued for their wide temperature range, durata, and cost effectiveness.
They come in types K, J, and T, each suitable for specific conditions.
