The ceramic heater, also known as the flexible heater, is made by enclosing a nickel-chromium alloy wire cable with an alumina ceramic insulating sleeve in a track-like configuration. Its temperature can reach 1050℃.
Mainly used for preheating before heat treatment, post-weld heat treatment and annealing operations; Preheating and heat treatment for pipes, pressure vessels, steel structures, eccetera. It is particularly suitable for preheating thick steel plates in power plants, petrochemical plants, shipyards, as well as preheating the furnace shells of blast furnaces in steel mills.
