This product adopts a PT100 temperature sensor, which is a type of thermal resistance with platinum as the temperature-sensing material. Platinum has excellent chemical stability, oxidation resistance and linearity of the temperature coefficient of resistance. Within the measurement range of -200 ℃ to 500℃, the PT100 sensor demonstrates extremely high measurement accuracy.
The protective tube material of WZP-240 has excellent high-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance. In harsh environments with high temperatures, high humidity and corrosive media, the protective tube can effectively protect the internal temperature-sensing elements from erosion, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the sensor.
Description of the division number:
This probe has a variety of classification numbers, including K type, T platinum type, E type, itd. The graduation number is a standard that reflects the temperature value corresponding to the change in voltage or resistance of the sensor within the measured temperature range when the temperature changes.
√ Type K (nickel-chromium – nickel-silicon) : The measurement range can reach 0-1300℃, the commonly used temperature is 0-900℃, the maximum operating temperature is 950℃, and the allowable deviation is ±2.5℃ or ± 0.75%t (” t “is the absolute value of the measured temperature). Due to its wide temperature measurement range and stable performance, it is widely used in industrial production.
√ T Platinum (copper-nickel) : The measurement range is generally -40 to 350℃, with an allowable error value of ± 0.75%t. It performs well in some scenarios with high requirements for low-temperature measurement accuracy.
√ Type E (nickel-chromium – copper-nickel) : The measurement range is 0-700℃, the maximum operating temperature is 700℃, and the allowable deviation is ±2.5℃ or ± 0.75%t. It is often used in environments that are sensitive to temperature changes and have a moderate measurement range.
