1. The ceramic heater, also known as the flexible heater (track-type heater), is made by enclosing a nickel-chromium alloy wire cable with an alumina ceramic insulation layer in a track-like form, reaching a temperature of 1050℃.
2. It can be customized according to the shape and size of the workpiece, and can be spliced, bent, wound to closely adhere to the workpiece for heating.It comes in types such as LCD track-type, SCD rope-like type, and NJ internal heating frame-type. It has a wide range of applications, fast heating speed, high heat utilization rate, and convenient operation.3. It is mainly used for preheating before heat treatment, post-weld heat treatment, and annealing operations; preheating and heat treatment of pipelines, pressure vessels, steel structures, itd. It is particularly suitable for preheating of power plant pipelines, petrochemical pipelines, shipyards for thick steel plates, and steel mills for high-temperature blast furnace shells.
