The pipeline electric heater is composed of several parts including multiple tubular electric heating elements, a housing, a guide plate, itd. The tubular electric heating elements have high-temperature resistance wires placed inside metal tubes, and the gaps are filled tightly with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good insulation and thermal conductivity properties.
