The pipeline electric heater is composed of several parts including multiple tubular electric heating elements, a housing, a guide plate, etc. The tubular electric heating elements have high-temperature resistance wires placed inside metal tubes, and the gaps are filled tightly with crystalline magnesium oxide powder with good insulation and thermal conductivity properties. Using tubular electric heating elements as the heating element has the advantages of advanced structure, high thermal efficiency, good mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. A guide plate is installed inside the cylinder to ensure uniform heating of gases and liquids during their flow.
