Finned Tubular Heaters are manufactured with the same rugged construction as our standard Tubular Heaters and then a helically wound fin is attached to the outer sheath. The fins are fully brazed to the heater sheath for optimum heat dissipation and efficiency. These heaters are ideal for heating air and select gases in forced and natural convection applications.

★ High-efficiency heat conduction: By adopting an integrated forming process of fins and base tubes , the thermal resistance is reduced by optimizing the contact pressure, thereby enhancing the heat transfer efficiency. ★ High-temperature resistance and corrosion resistance: The base pipe is made of stainless steel, nickel-based alloy and other materials, and is treated with surface anti-corrosion. It can operate stably in high-temperature , and is suitable for harsh working conditions in petrochemical, power and other industries.
★ Structural strength and adaptability: The wall thickness of the base tube and the density of the fins have been preciselycalculated, taking into account both the pressure-bearing capacity inside the tube and the external mechanical strength, meeting the requirements of high-pressure and high-temperature scenarios
★ Easy maintenance: Supports compressed air, high-pressure water or steam cleaning, effectively solvingthe problem of dust accumulation, reducing maintenance costs and extending service life.
