High-precision Bimetallic Thermometer Radial and Axial Anti-corrosion Shock-resistant Boiler Pipe Industrial Temperature Gauge

The core component of this bimetallic thermometer is a bimetallic strip wound into a ring-shaped curved shape. When the temperature changes, the two metals in the bimetallic strip expand or contract to varying degrees due to their different coefficients of thermal expansion, which causes the bimetallic strip to bend and deform. The free end of the bimetallic strip fixed at one end will shift with temperature changes, driving the pointer to rotate through the connecting rod mechanism and indicating the corresponding temperature value on the scale. For models with remote transmission function, the displacement of the bimetallic strip caused by temperature changes will also be converted into an electrical signal output through the sensor, achieving remote transmission and monitoring of temperature.
